Israel's Iron Dome missile defense system passes final tests
TEL AVIV — Israel's latest missile and rocket defense system has completed its final trials.
The Defense Ministry said the Iron Dome has concluded its last live-fire tests before deployment in 2010. The ministry said the latest interceptions took place on July 19 in the southern Negev desert.
