Cyber Command chief to improve 'situational awarenesss' of attacks
Lt. Gen. Keith Alexander, the current National Security Agency director, plans to improve intelligence collection of cyber threats as commander of the new U.S. Cyber Command, according to written statements to the Senate Armed Services Committee.
