Willard: China's anti-carrier missile 'probably very close to being operational'
The commander of U.S. forces in the Pacific has disclosed that China's new anti-ship ballistic missile designed to attack U.S. aircraft carriers is nearly operational.
Adm. Robert Willard provided the assessment in a recent round table discussion with Japanese media in Tokyo.
