Propaganda war: N. Korea tries Twitter end run with 'digital leaflets' after Seoul blocks access
North Korea has accused Seoul of blocking South Koreans from accessing online social-networking sites launched by the communist country, while uploading short anti-Seoul clips that can be shown without opening banned accounts.
The North opened a Twitter account on Aug. 12 that contained messages criticizing South Korean and U.S. officials and praising its leader Kim Jong-Il.
