China compares Obama's anti-nuclear stance to that of Soviets
A Chinese state-run media report last week said that President Obama's call for eliminating all nuclear weapons was a political ploy designed to bolster future U.S. military interventions around the world.
Han Xudong, of the National Defense University, said the call for eliminating nuclear weapons was similar to the Soviet Union’s disarmament efforts during the Cold War.
