World's largest gas supertanker set for delivery
    to Qatar

LONDON — South Korea has completed construction of the worlds largest liquefied natural gas tanker for Qatar.

South Korea's Samsung Heavy Industries has built a 266,000-cubic-meter tanker named Mozah. Samsung, the second largest shipyard in the world, intends to deliver Mozah to Qatar in August 2008. Mozah would be employed to transport Qatari LNG to Europe and the United States. In March 2006, Samsung won the $290 million LNG tanker project, Middle East Newsline reported.
