on counterterrorism cooperation.

The report was issued as clashes erupted between Yemeni security forces
and insurgents in the western Yemeni town of Heis near the Red Sea. Four
persons were killed Ñ three of them security officers Ñ and six others
injured in the clashes at a police checkpoint near the town.
